Yes!! ! I will forward your citation to Jan Naudts who  wrote “On the hydrino

supports the many claims of radioactive gas decay anomalies when said gas is 
loaded into skeletal catalysts or nano particles of conductive metals such as 
ni or Pd [snip] the authors show that time 
dilation<http://phys.org/tags/time+dilation/> occurs between a 
self-accelerating particle that propagates along a curved trajectory and its 
'twin' particle that remains at rest." [/snip]. Perhaps this even supports 
Shawer’s “impossible” drive which he has already claimed is based on 
relativistic principles [pushing electrons to age instead of displace spatially 
while the “opposite” side of the reaction results in spatial displacement?].  I 
was very happy to see them utilize the paradox twin example but think they 
should have made clear these time dilations are opposite in nature, The 
stationary electron is equivalent to the near C paradox twin while the “self 
accelerating” beam is negative acceleration – it only occurs in LENR when 
geometry suppresses longer vacuum wavelengths from fitting between Casimir 
boundaries AND I will assume these new nano- holographic like masks they are 
constructing are based on the same Puthoff type vacuum engineering as the 
Casimir geometry tapestry found in skeletal cats or nano particles of Ni. I 
make the point of opposite time dilation because this is very much related to 
catalytic action [note Peng Chen at Cornell discovered cat action only occurs 
at openings and defects in nano tubes = change in geometry just like nano 
powder tapestry and skeletal cats] – the dilation occurs in opposite direction 
to the  electrons suppressed such that they age much faster [catalytic engine?] 
and when they return to their stationary radioactive twins discover they have 
hardly decayed at all  and that locally only a short amount of time has elapsed.

            I’m not sure if it should be called zero point energy because 
random migration causes the gas atoms to migrate into these suppressed regions 
or if Shawyer is correct to label this relativistic but I don’t think anyone 
would argue that hydrogen expelled from the suns corona at different velocities 
represent an energy differential but not practical to exploit –like wise if 
there existed a way to break the isotropy and segregate a gravitational well 
into a tapestry of  different equivalent accelerations [9.6 m/s^2 II 10 m/s^2] 
with a boundary permeable to gas atoms we could easily build a system to 
exploit the differential –but that would violate macro physics. Quantum physics 
however does allow a breach in the isotropy when the Casimir inverse cube law 
trumps the gravitational square law down in the single digit nano meters of 
boundary displacement. It allows for a tapestry - not of gravity 
Wells[compressed vacuum wavelengths] but instead a tapestry of gravity Hills/ 
warps [suppressed vacuum wavelengths] such that the differential between their 
suppressed state and their stationary twin is equivalent to the differential 
between the stationary twin and his near C sibling.

We can manipulate the waveform of the electron using a phase mask to increase 
its energy up to the speed of light. This uses the theory of relativity to 
convert the electron into a spread-out wave with lots of energy. In a time 
dilation tradeoff, particle lifetime is lengthened to increase the energy of 
the particle.

Could the special surface of the nickel micro particles in the Rossi reactor be 
a phase mast to accelerate stationary electrons to a ultra high energy wave 
shape?

There is always new things to learn in LENR.
