I agree. I was kidding Jones about worrying about the Li-6 availability. "He should invert".

Note that one site could supply all the worlds needs for hundreds of years. Li-6 supply should not be an issue.

However I do believe that if Li-6 is the active ingredient as Jones suggests, then its concentration in small amounts--nano sized amounts--makes sense for a well engineered fuel with high thermal integrity.\

Maybe its time to invest in the natural Li deposits (which contain Li-6) in South America or in the US. See the various raw Li brine deposits with a potential new play in Wyoming. It's is said the Wyoming deposit could contain 18 million tons of Li--enough to supply the world for hundreds of years. I suspect that if Li-6 for LENR catches on, there will be lots of Li prospecting happening. Processing Li-6 for production of nano particles for incorporation into a robust matrix of a LENR long-lived reactor may be where the action is.

Not much point. There is enough Lithium in seawater to make it attractive as an energy source, especially if it can be extracted efficiently using ion-exchange
techniques. The concentration in ordinary rock/soil is even higher.
