Someone told me how Staline was killed... not sure it is exact but it seems.

Staline was paranoid and was executing many people around him for real or
imaginary "crimes"... not so different from kim the killer today...

one day the doctor of Staline learned that he was on the list of the next
purge (it seems there was anti jews purge , attacking even non jews
doctors.... ).
Staline was sick, ad the doctor maintain him in his bunker, victim of a
brain stroke until he was dead.

one day the man who will learn he will be killed soon will manage to make
kim the killer disappear. A dictatorship is an exchange with all
stakeholder (giving security to the population, advantage to the elite), or
slowly it finish like V like Vendetta, or like Tunisia.

one day Kim the killer will be replaced by by a more open character like
the one in Myanmar, who will slowly normalize the relation with neighbour,
the society, the economy...
