Laumann’s patent for the engine is: https://www.google.mw/patents/US4112875?dq=Eugene+Laumann&cl=en The inventors name on the document, in keeping with common practice at the time, was Fletcher - the director of NASA, not the true inventor.
There is an assortment of unpublished material obtained directly from Dr. Laumann - but much of that is part of a stalled project which is based on adding a novel Ni-H LENR component to the original design.
