In the Laumann/NASAA diesel engine - part of the extreme efficiency could
have been related to (unrecognized) ground state redundancy (which we lump
in with LENR, even if it isn't nuclear).

The difference is the compression ratio - which was extreme. Whereas normal
diesels can occasionally go to 50:1 or double the norm - this one could go
to 200:1.
