Ross is only a part of IH (which explains a lot of Vaughn's statement of him not being credible / the weird disconnect between Rossi and IH lately).
IH has invested in other LENR organizations. I still stand by my assessment of 9% https://rossiisreal.wordpress.com/ I am excited by Holmlid though. I'd roughly gauge him at 25% being real.
