In a comment to a share holder, Woodford Equity wrote: "With regard to Industrial Heat, we were, and have been, very aware of the scepticism about this technology. We have undertaken a rigorous due diligence process that has taken two and half years."

Due diligence has a well defined legal meaning, so if they did that they must have seen E-Cats working. One would suppose also the crown jewel of the 1 MW plant. They were satisfied enough to invest more than $10 million according to Darden in his interview with Fortune. This mean Industrial heat has more than $20 million now.

This is strong evidence that the 1 MW plant works.
