He gives a nice description of the significance of “Q”, a dimensionless resonance multiplying factor affected by various engineering schemes to increase thrust to energy input ratios of the EM drive.
The same sort of Q ideas may be appropriate for the design of LENR devices to improve/define their performance. For example, Q associated with the size of nano Ni in a reactor affecting resonant conditions may have a large impact on the design. Or Q associated with the Li-H fuel mix and appropriate laser frequencies may be important.
