This is old. DOE tried that on for size when I wrote them years ago,
trying to get them to reevaluate LENR.
They have NOT changed their mind at the home office. They are all
certain that the Coulomb barrier cannot be overcome and cold fusion is
pseudo science.
I am told my letter of 7/7/2015 to Secretary Moniz reached the "red
folder" two weeks ago. Apparently this is for stuff for him to read
when he is not busy working. My contact at DOE was surprised it got
that far.
