Perhaps we should try to combine these mechanisms in pursuit of synergy? We could surround a reactor with pairs of small EM drives such that the pairs could be alternately energized to create thrust back and forth thru the reactor like a push pull / H bridge dc to ac converter where the reactor would play the part of the transformer primary but hopefully be subject to to changes in vacuum pressure instead of electrical current. Or just place a reactor inside an EM drive near where they mention a “ Bernoulli like effect that accelerates the Q-V plasma flow coming from the main pillbox cavity” and just turn the drive on and off to see how this form of stimulation compares to magnetic, laser or other stim.

The comments of “Goatguy” on the item following the article are also quite interesting. He gives a nice description of the significance of “Q”, a dimensionless resonance multiplying factor affected by various engineering schemes to increase thrust to energy input ratios of the EM drive. The same sort of Q ideas may be appropriate for the design of LENR devices to improve/define their performance. For example, Q associated with the size of nano Ni in a reactor affecting resonant conditions may have a large impact on the design. Or Q associated with the Li-H fuel mix and appropriate laser frequencies may be important.
