The most likely radio wave source would be a WiFi router. In Europe, Wifi routers are restricted to 100 mW RF output. The energy harvesting Steorn demonstrated with their USB hub is 0.4 Watt. That would suggest they fake their demo's with a dedicated focused RF source. But since they roll out test devices that are claimed to work I would not rely on RF harvesting alone. Maybe a combination.....
