If  H2 + e  ----> H + H- might the 2 electron H-  form a hydrino-like

small  H particle?

How would Schroedinger's Equation handle that at atmospheric

or higher pressures?

 

H2 or D2 pressurized electrolysis cells, or light bulbs?
