Let us not be distracted by evasions, interpretations of the contract, and so on. Even if the contract said I.H. people were not allowed into the customer site, Rossi and his lawyer Johnson should have thrown aside the contract and opened the door. It was worth $89 million to them, if the claims are true. - Jed
