It is obvious! He was lying through his teeth in the Penon report and the
depositions. The reports from Murray and Smith flayed him. I worried that
the jury might award Rossi money because it might be deceived by his
lawyers, but technical information revealed in the discovery phase leave
absolutely no doubt that Rossi is a horrendous fake. A few technically
knowledgeable people disagree, but they are deluded in thrall of Rossi.

If you have no knowledge that can only mean you did not read the Penon
report or the depositions. Or it means you did not understand them. So you
have no basis to form any opinion, or to judge the situation.

This was a technical argument from start to finish. It was about
thermodynamics, heat, ventilation and calorimetry. It had nothing to do
with "money grubbing" or capitalism, except insofar as Rossi was revealed
as a fraud and a thief. You seem to be the man who has only a hammer and
sees all problems as a nail.
