IMHO E-Cat World has over stated Rossi’s comment about QX plasma magnetic field.
Rossi did not say a magnetic field was generated by the QX plasma, but that a magnetic field was generated around the plasma. There may be a self induced magnetic field, however, if the magnetic dipoles that may occur in the plasma are aligned in some preferred direction. I would guess that transient magnetic fields are part of the control mechanism for the reactor and these are generated around the plasma –and throughout the plasma as well. IMHO the transient magnetic fields create resonant conditions that allow the Ni-H-Li whatever reaction to occur. Bob Cook
