 Theoretical COLD FUSION

A low energy nuclear reactor (LENR) is constructed of palladium or nickel.
Hydrogen is driven into the metal. The dissolved hydrogen is not bound. It
is, however, confined at the extent of the nano-particle. The metallic lattice
naturally resonates at thermal frequencies (10x12 hz). This vibration is
enhanced with heat, laser light, or radio waves. Nanometer scaled domains
couple strongly with the external stimulation.35 Typically, vibration destroys
superconductivity. This author’s analysis has shown that vibration, at a
dimensional frequency of one megahertz-meter, enhances superconductivity. This
effect was experimentally confirmed at the max Planck institute in 201441.

“Terahertz-frequency (1012 hz) optical pulses can … induce superconductivity”.

Roman Mankowsky, The Max Planck Institute41

Vibration can reinforce an electronic condensate and induce a warm, above room
temperature, superconductivity. This vibration can also adjoin non-bound
protons to the condensate. In the gravitomagnetic devices, a lower frequency
radio frequency of vibration (10x6 hz) is transferred to the loosely-bound
heavy nucleons that rest between the layers of a superconductive disk. These
vibrationally reinforced condensates are a new state of matter. The composite
state is reminiscent of J.J. Thompson’s “plumb pudding” model of matter.
