Indeed - this piece is very well written and fair. 3QD or "3 Quarks Daily" is now on my morning "must read" list.
My only knock on the piece (and it is admittedly a minority viewpoint) - is that Dr. Price overlooked Holmlid and Mills - and the further possibility that LENR can be both energetic, nuclear and fusion-free. "Fusion-free" would imply that the thermal effect seen is some kind of resonant nuclear disintegration or "quark soup" reaction which does not require the actual fusion of two nuclei... which is an explanation that fits well with the name of the blog - as 3 quarks would be an aftermath of this type of reaction ...
