For E2 in the vacuum between the plates of capacitor, E = 1/2 CV^2 joule or nt-meter:
Force, F = 1.0newton/joule or ~10 KW/Tonne at the earth's surface.
In this case, E1 = 5.38e41 joule, R = 6.38e6 meters.
