Thanks for the url's. The third one was particluarly
interesting. An experiment I would like to do is 
to spin a charged long single layer hi K high voltage 
capacitor inside a toroid made of soft magnetic material.
A large ac voltage should be induced on a coil wound on the
toroid. Loading the coil should induce a drag force on the 
spinning capacitor.
