You are no doubt familiar with the water-cycle driven by the planetary solar radiation. Vapour rises and rain falls. There's a two way flow between electron and positron. Why else do you think this discussion group is named Vortex. Well the EM cycle is driven by galactic radiation, by the galactic "sun" at the centre of our galaxy.
