Yes, and Randi includes violation of Newton's laws as one of his examples of acceptable paranormal challenges. By extension, an apparent violation of the 2nd law of thermodynamics or an apparent chemical transmutation would meet JREF definition of paranormal events.

Of course, there's a Catch-22 here. Once CF is accepted and explained, the definition of "established physics" changes. ;-)
