Maybe i am off the wavelength but Meyer,s injectors featured a ramping voltage over the final length of the unit caused by diamensional changes inside the injector - the Volts per unit area of cross section varied from some 20Kv to 100Kv.as the water mist/hydrogenOxy mix came to the injectors very fine apature Similar - Maybe ??
