Well, that would be hydronium - in the sense of an extra proton
attached to water, which is certainly dersireable for waterfuel.
But - as to whatever is being leached into the solution to give an
oily "feel"- consider this:

... somewhat in the same semantic way that "orgone": is another
name for any short-lived or metastable water-based compound -
