Which messages? Not this one (for example.) My own incoming vortex-L message stream has no "resent-to" line at all. And the word "undisclosed" only ever appeared in one place: the subject line of these particular messages. Usually "undisclosed recipients" refers to the BCC: line of a message: "blind CC," with hidden addresses. Maybe your own ISP is adding it, or it's part of your email program spam filters?
