No "Resent-to" line in my copies, but there is a Resent-From line:
Resent-From: [email protected]

Maybe the current version of your ISP's server adds the
Resent-to: "undisclosed-recipients: ;"
when it detects the Resent-From line but finds no matching Resent-to line?

Mail servers are allowed to add certain lines to message headers obviously 
(e.g. "Received"), I don't think this one is something one should worry about 
particularly, but you could check whether you get the same line added to posts 
from other mailing lists.
