This is the same motor as I mentioned earlier. However, the material is a bit more extensive, primarily as a result of related suggestions, etc.
Our mechanical lab studied it carefully with 3 D magnetic design software and it appears it may work as claimed. The prototype shown is not likely to produce the 5 kW mentioned. The actual figure seems to be much less. If indeed it does function, operation apparently depends on two liquids. One is a proprietary mix. The other appears to be Mercury. It is hard to see anything containing a quantity of liquid Mercury making much of a dent in the market. However, apparently other inventors in China are now in touch with one another as a result of the publicity received by the Ho prototype. Perhaps a more practical device will eventually emerge. However, the current PDF file seems to include additional diagrams, or perhaps my memory is playing tricks on me. If memory serves me the speculation was that that there may be behind the scenes maneuvering going on in China, some of that maneuvering having to do with valiant attempts (by the "Ho" group) to go public so-to-speak, which what they've got - to keep the project from being completely shut down by the administration / government, etc... I gather the prevailing opinion is that the "Ho" device could not possibly work, therefore it is in danger of being completely abandoned. At least that's my memory of the speculated events.
