Horace - with all the "quickening" that has taken place in energy/climate discussions recently, do you think it might be time for you to present your "energy legacy" and "big picture" files to your congressman? It's just possible that he might be looking for a plan to "make a splash" in D.C. I checked out his position on global warming etc and it's not particularly brilliant, but he does recognise the need for alternative energy sources to lessen dependence on foreign oil...
