Of course one wants to live the best possible, but (don't take this 
personally), I was taught when it was my turn at the cookie jar that I did not 
fill my pockets, cram as many as possible in my mouth and grab during retreat 
as many as my hands would hold.

I fully understand that this is not the way the children of today are taught 
and that is part of the problem.

Now you said it, nailed on the head, lets get some more feds involved. Maybe 
with NO feds things could work themselves out.

Time to stop with oversight and get to enforcement, period.
