Hi Since relaxation time can be altered I wonder if plasma recombination time can be altered as well. The two effects are similar. Relaxation times can be altered with microwaves.
I would really need that. I also need to know how to make plasma around a body with discharges and UV light. The discharges can not be between two poles. I only have one pole. And how can I make the discharges homogeneous instead of in discrete bolts? Seems like this problem is similar to Kirlian photography. The air is ionized to make it attenuating certain radiation.
