Perhaps NASA has been placed outside the loop. They seem to have arrived at
a "dormant" state. Putting a dampner on increasing their funds have caused
an exodus of brain power.
Notice several Utube homemade rocket vids show the use of " cat litter" as a
component. hmmm

To Steven Johnson.. the internet is shot with lotsa rumors about wedge
shaped UFO's. errr.. possibly a poor choice of the use of the word "shot"
around the Dime Box Saloon.
