Howdy Nick, The world populace is yet to become fully aware of the vital importance of water over energy. The WEFTEC annual meeting to be held in San Diego this October will again attempt to educate and inform. Every nation will be represented at this annual conference. As mentioned in past posts, Singapore and their national university (NUS) organized the Hydro-Hub water research consortium which now includes GE Water, Seimens Water ( acquired US Filter-Vivendi Water) and others. Their emphasis is in advanced methods of filtering of non potable waters.... seawater, brackish water and severely polluted industrial water. Filtering is not the solution but Hydro-Hub will advance the science. A tiny little reference to water in the bible ( Exodus) may point toward the proper treatment and restoration of water for domestic and irrigation use. Richard
