Not sure if this specifically answers your question but according to my uneducated eye there may have been, as of Nov 1, 2007, at least two or three independent replications of the Stiffler Circuit. Technically speaking, I gather photos posted of these independent replications and the discussions that have ensued reveal the assembled circuitry may not be EXACT replications, but the point remains: The LEDS are lit.
