As an old friend that was involved in many hydroelectic projects back in the
20's to 50's used to explain.. high efficiency hydro power systems are
designed by people that know how.
Shades of Hoover dam and the guys involved.. Bechtol, Kaiser etc. these
guys went on to building further super construction projects.
