I reproduced this figure in Chapter 14 of my book. I noted that with cold fusion, much of the losses to waste heat can be used for process or space heating, in co-generation.

This covers not only electricity, but other energy inputs and outputs. It shows that transportation is the least efficient segment. It was compiled by someone at Lawrence Livermore, using EIA data.
