Holey rotors create cavitation bubbles. It appears to be what both devices have
in common. For what it's worth, my guess would be that the temperatures attained
in the cavitation bubbles are high enough to doubly ionize some Oxygen atoms,
providing a source of Mills catalyst that then catalyzes Hydrino production,
providing the excess heat.
