Of course our planet is not ordinary. Life would not exist if it were.
On the other hand, trillions of planets exist. The extraordinary ones
would have life. So, our planet is one of perhaps a few billion that
have life in various sages of development. Only people who must believe
they are special in the eyes of God ignore the obvious. The obvious fact
is that the human race is only special if we survive long enough to
join the advanced species. In other words, only our actions make us
special. At the present rate, we probably will not join the special life
forms, thanks to a belief that certain religions give special status to
certain people. Ironic, isn't?

You need to watch Privileged Planet
I see our privileged planet has once again become the center of the
universe.
You contended that our solar system was ordinary, P P points out about
130 reasons why it's not. The news says that you're getting rather a lot
of snow.
