Here is part of a message to me from Tom Barnard <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>:

We just started a web site, ichaphysics.com , to put forth a cold fusion theory that we have been working on for about 5 years. We feel that we've taken it about as far as we can. We can not find any errors in the physics,

Their identification of "~12 MeV alpha" particles as the primary reaction product creates immediate strong doubts about the theory!

so am putting it out there so either someone else can, or they can pick up the theory and run with it. As most theorists, we believe ours is the one. We can explain most of the odd behavior using only basic electron physics (with insight of course) and chemistry. The web site was just started last week and will be added to every week or so as we get the chapters finished. There is also a Blog for our comments/discussions with others.
