I do not think he meant that it was still liquid. That's physically impossible, as several people here have pointed out. Perhaps that is not what you intended.

As far as I know Mark Loizeaux has not claimed that any of the buildings were destroyed by controlled demolition with materials implanted before the attack. I am sure that he would recognize it instantly if that were the case.

If someone of his caliber endorses the hypothesis then I will begin to take it seriously. Not before.

By the way, I think you would enhance your credibility if you would admit to making mistakes, such as confusing NIST and UL, and (if that is what you meant) confusing Loizeaux's comment about "molten" steel.
