Yikes! Somebody's hawking *palm oil* as a healthy alternative to (fill in the blank)?
It's among the most heavily saturated fats available, known in food industry parlance as "vegetable lard". And if you hydrogenate it to make it even harder, you can probably use it to drive nails afterwards.
