I tried to send this message with a graph attached but I think it bounced. Putting much more effort into this than it deserves, I counted the number of votes for every 10 messages at Change.gov. The first message has 46,250 votes, message #11 has 20,020 votes; message #21 has 13,400 and so on. It drops off rapidly with a long tail. Here are the first 30 values:
