Since I registered at change.gov in order to vote for Jed's CF ideas,
I decided to input one of my own in an unrelated area:

Mandate free cremation for deceased organ donors
It is well known that insufficient organs are available for
transplant, yet paying incentives for signing up to donate organs has
been outlawed due to moral and practical reasons. Due to the donor
shortage, immoral and illegal transplant organ black markets have
sprung up. A resolution to these problems and conflicting needs is
that organizations harvesting organs from the deceased should provide
free cremation when such cremation is designated by the donor at the
time of specifying the donation. This appropriately provides some
incentive and benefit to the family of the deceased without avoiding
the pitfalls of any monetary exchanges with living donors.

As usual, I botched it even though I proof read it. I had to add a
correction via comment:

The last sentence above should read: "This appropriately provides
some incentive and benefit to the family of the deceased while
avoiding the pitfalls of any monetary exchanges with living donors."
