Good narration. A good script, well narrated. Many science related videos are poorly done.
Here is one that I think is particularly well illustrated and produced because <ahem> my daughter did the graphics in the first 57 seconds: http://www.jove.com/index/Details.stp?ID=958 WARNING the content is kind of gross: "Blood Collection from the American Horseshoe Crab, Limulus Polyphemus" And they should lose the background music. It turns out that collecting 200 ml of blood from the poor thing does not kill it. This is from the Journal of Visualized Experiments, which is an approach I wish cold fusion researchers would take: http://www.jove.com/ This is how all experimental science should be published. A black and white paper in a printed journal does not cut it in the 21st century. There is far more information in these videos. This is especially valuable for biology, which is a hands-on discipline. Steve is working in this direction, but I think this journal is more professionally produced. No doubt they have funding. It shows. - Jed
