(conning multiple patients suffering of Multiple Sclerosis into
believing he could cure them in exchange for a few tens of thousand
dollars, basically), anyone knows?

Michel - As I posted a few months ago when Steve started to report some good
things about Energetics - yes - it is true that Dardik may not have been the
perfect physician 20 years ago - but there is *much more* to the story than
meets the eye.

The medical suspension apparently was the result of constant nagging and
nonstop
insistence and lawsuits from a *single dissatisfied patient* with MS, who
has
continued to slander Dardik's reputation for decades (check out the Amazon
reviews or Lewin's fine book).

Many of the other complaints which have been mentioned were made at the
dogged insistence of this single patient, or her amubulance chasing friends
- leaving one to wonder if there was not a personal relationship in there
somewhere.

I do not know - he DID use an unapproved treatment. Did she agree to try it?
He said /she said?

A single persistent individual can do this kind of damage to a physician in
some states. She may have had a valid complaint. I don't know enough about
the case in question, nor his medical treatment to comment, but I have heard
that MS can be extraordinarily difficult to treat in some patients - and his
treatment was NOT sanctioned by the FDA which was the biggest problem.

I do know of other top-notch Doctors, extremely competent and the
best-of-the-best, who have been sued successfully over almost nothing more
serious than annoying "bedside manners" -- so this action should not
"necessarily"
reflect on Dardik's overall competence. More needs to be known.

It can reflect on the shoddiness of the legal profession in some cases, and
on the shoddy standards of the Medical Profession's strong Union the AMA, as
well.

BTW - Dardik has a bunch of new videos out on YouTube - and it would not
surprise me in the least if he becomes "The Man" in LENR - the guy who
finally
gets a commercial product to market. The Israelis need this more than
anyone, and what is it they say about "necessity being the mother of
invention" ? ...

.... not to mention, how many decent inventors have been scumbags, in the
past? Many!
Edison comes to mind. We talked about this in the past: Edison was both
genius, and the egotistical fool who electrocuted several elephants in a
vain and silly attempt to show that Tesla's AC was too dangerous to use in a
home. Let's just say Edison was a
despicable human being, but a great inventor.

The two contrasting traits are not uncommon in the same individual. In fact,

creativity and neuroses of some kind - even insanity are rather closely
paired in many well known people.

Jones

BTW - "IDEAS,Inc" a media Studio, provided Energetics Technologies with the
animation to visualize their scientific process - as part of a media
campaign launched with a profile on the "60 Minutes". It is about time that
researchers put their own PR spin on this kind of thing.

But Dardik - if he wants to add to his own credibility would do better in
some quarters, to explain his side of the malpractice case. If he can.
