Yes, strikes me as logical conclusions on all counts. Obviously the Duncan lecture will live on in infamy regardless of what Caltech has to say on the matter. ;-) It sounds like Duncan is walking a precarious tightrope of sorts. Unless Duncan explicitly states that he wishes to be personally involved in on-going efforts to disseminate his lecture, it would seem both prudent and ethical to distance him from all efforts to get the revealing video posted.
