Indeed, but not necessarily all in the device any more than it would be in a
VDG. (an ungrounded VDG would stop working, same here, both distribute
charges to the environment)

Other armature?
I am talking about a solid state tube and plate arrangement just so we are
clear, maybe I am unclear on all definitions of this word?
