Not "fear" of anything. "Disgust", rather. I suspect my reaction is pretty typical of the reaction of the "scientific school" to such a tale: Upon reading the story I immediately wrote her off as a total idiot. The world is chock full of total idiots, and my interest in pursuing a deeper understanding of the views of one is nearly nil. The only "fear" here is "fear of totally wasting precious time" by listening to tales from someone who is not even aware that Venus is known to be scorchingly hot. Maybe she really knows that, maybe she was there on some plane other than the physical, maybe she believes she visited it in on a higher plane and that's why there's a disconnect with current knowledge, maybe maybe maybe ... or maybe she's just a total idiot, which seems much the most probable explanation. Don't have time and resources to pursue all nonsense from all idiots just in case one should turn out not be an idiot after all. There so many interesting things going on in the world that it's necessary to perform a little triage, and drivel such as tales from someone who claims to have visited Venus and found it "very green" has got to be among the first items to get cut.
