I improved the file in several ways:
* Remove images of binding from left margin and other clean-up using
IrfanView macros.
* Remove many artifacts, specks and lines.
* Straighten several graphs.
* Fix errors in the underlying OCR conversion, especially for
technical terms such as "microstructure" and "neutron" so that you
can reliably search through the document.
This document is 710 pages long. It has a lot of important stuff, and
the transcribed discussions after each paper are revealing and of
great historic value.
