relativistic solution. 

   I'm not sure if I understand what you are seeking regarding math - as 
Bourgoins 2006 paper indicates you simply divide C by the quantum number to get 
the  radial velocity for different fractional states which is what I am 
proposing are actually inertial frames and that the velocity is unchanged from 
the perspective of the atom itself inside the frame. Whether this seemingly 
"shrunken" atom can now fit between narrower plates is what I think you are 
alluding to and it is a question I have been considering for some time. I 
believe the nuclei and "almost free" orbitals in a mettalic lattice form a 
balance of concentrating longer wavelength vac flux and depletion zones where 
the narrow cavity acts like a starved resivoir that gets drawn down lower than 
the ambient field outside the cavity breaking the isotropy -this balance is 
normally resolved on the atomic level but in the case of Casimir materials can 
be accumulated with proper geometry. The "summing" of the plate surfaces to 
form the depletion zone has been examined by Liftshitz and other and is said to 
break down at the very local levels and I haven't yet done my homework to 
determine how close you can get but Horace and others have convinced me you 
really can't keep going smaller once you approach the subatomic structures in 
the plate area - This doesn't mean the field can't sum to allow the atom to 
"appear" 1/137 in size but does suggest the "sweet spot" may be displaced 
enough from the plate surfaces to allow summation. My basic premise is that 
these "fast" spinning atoms form fast spinning molecules that release a photon 
and then immediately feel confinement in the membrane like cavity in opposition 
to the inertia they brought with them when the covalent bond formed.

BTW can you do the algebra, and come up with specific cavity sizes required, or 
better a formula to calculate the size that has as it's only variable the 
desired size/shrinkage level of the shrunken H?
