I spent a good deal of time in Banff, Alberta working for CNCP and I know what you live with in Madison. I asked a policeman directing traffic in his shirt sleeves (he had thermal undies) how he could live in such a cold place (it was -50C). He asked where I lived and inquired how I could stand the heat and humidity. He's right, you know! I like the cold better. You can always put on more clothes; but, you can only remove so much.
