It is the dimension of a BOSE condensate.  A Bose condensate is a  macro 
atom.
The electrons are adjoined within the condensate.
 
The nucleons are adjoined by vibration.
 
A classical condition exists where the electronic velocity = the nuclear  
velocity
 
What is exposed.  The nuclear frequency of inter nucleon motion of  sound 
lies
at the center of the quantum phenomena.
